At 28 square metres, the Topaz Riviera Water Suite does not attempt grandeur through scale. It achieves it through precision. The suite is conceived as a contained world — one bedroom, one bathroom, a private pool — where each element is positioned to draw the eye outward toward the Aegean rather than inward toward excess. Spatial Poetry The floor plan reads as a series of deliberate thresholds: from the sleeping volume, through the bathroom's mineral geometry, and finally outward to the pool terrace, where the water surface holds the horizon in suspension. The transition is unhurried, each space earning its place in the sequence. Material World Cycladic whitewash is the dominant register — walls rendered with the particular density of lime plaster that absorbs midday light without reflection. Stone underfoot carries the thermal memory of the island: cool in the morning, warm by afternoon. Fixtures are reduced to their essential form; nothing here decorates. Exclusive Rituals The private pool is not an amenity so much as a spatial argument. At this remove from Mykonos Town — set in the elevated interior of Áno Merá — it functions as a frame for stillness rather than performance. Two guests, still water, the particular silence of the island's composed interior. The ritual of immersion here is entirely private. The View as Architecture The Aegean enters the suite as light before it enters as vista. Morning bleaches the white surfaces to near-white; late afternoon turns the pool water a dense, mineral blue that echoes the sea beyond.
