Hotel Gastronomique de Echoput, Hoog Soeren

Experience genuine hospitality and enjoy World-Class service at Hotel Gastronomique de Echoput

Nestled in the royal forests of Palace Het Loo lies the 5-star Hotel Restaurant de Echoput. The hotel offers 41 luxurious rooms and suites, a Grand Bistro Echo, and the Wild Atelier for a true gastronomic experience. For years, De Echoput has been renowned for its game cuisine, natural and local ingredients, and exceptional wine pairings.

All luxury accommodations are designed according to the principles of architect Frank Lloyd Wright and are mostly equipped with a balcony or veranda overlooking ancient beech trees. Each private bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The hotel also offers several meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Hotel Gastronomique de Echoput features an indoor swimming pool, a small sauna, and a fitness center for your basic workout needs.

During lunch and dinner, the casual-modern Grand Bistro Echo serves both gourmet and informal dishes. The specialties include game, natural cuisine, and perfectly paired wines. De Echoput also boasts a terrace and a curated wine collection. In addition, the hotel houses a cooking and wine school.

Restaurant Het Wild Atelier offers a fine dining experience with a choice of 5- or 7-course menus. Here, game is the starting point, not merely as an ingredient, but as a philosophy. Everything that lives freely in the forest, on land, or in water is considered game. The Wild Atelier is led by Master Chef Jonathan Zandbergen.

Guests can also enjoy scenic walks, cycling routes, and wildlife spotting in the hotel’s backyard. Hotel Gastronomique de Echoput is located 1 km from the Wild Museum Het Aardhuis, 2 km from the Apenheul primate park, and 3 km from the Royal Palace Het Loo. The Kröller-Müller Museum is 9 km away. Bicycles are available for rent at the hotel.
