Search data (Artificial Intelligence): Our website incorporates an AI-powered search engine to facilitate your browsing experience. The queries, questions and terms you enter into this search bar are analysed in order to provide you with the most accurate response possible and to improve the tool’s relevance.

Browsing and technical data: We automatically collect certain information during your visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via cookies, in order to analyse traffic and ensure the security of the site.

3. Who do we share your data with?

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with our technical service providers acting on our behalf and in strict compliance with the GDPR:

Our web host, which stores the website’s databases.

Communication service providers: Using our external contact channel means that your messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta) servers.

Our AI technology provider: Text queries submitted via our intelligent search engine may be sent to our artificial intelligence provider’s API to generate responses. These queries are anonymised wherever possible.
