2. Acceptance of terms

Accessing and using the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the Website. Digital Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

-

3. Services offered

LaSuite.com offers two types of services:

  • Editorial content: guides, comparisons and hotel recommendations from around the world.
  • Affiliation: booking links to partner platforms, including Booking.com.

A direct matchmaking service between travellers and hotel establishments is currently under development and will be subject to an update of these Terms upon its launch.

-

4. Affiliate links

LaSuite.com participates in the Booking.com affiliate programme and receives a commission when a booking is made through its links. This does not incur any additional cost to the user.

When a user clicks on an affiliate link, they are redirected to the partner platform's website. The booking, payment and entire contractual relationship take place directly between the user and the partner platform, under that platform's own terms and conditions. Digital Hospitality is not a party to these contracts and assumes no responsibility for the completion of bookings, availability of accommodation, or any dispute between the user and the platform.

-

5. Hotel matchmaking service (coming soon)

LaSuite.com plans to offer a direct matchmaking service between travellers and independent hotels in the near future. In this context:

  • A commission will be charged on each booking completed through this service.
  • Specific terms and conditions for this service will be published before its launch, detailing payment terms, refund policies and respective responsibilities.
  • Partner hotels will be subject to separate professional terms of use.

This service is not yet available. These provisions are provided for information purposes only and may evolve before the launch.

-

6. Limitation of liability

Digital Hospitality shall not be held liable for Website interruptions, any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or partner platforms, or the content of third-party sites to which the Website links. Digital Hospitality's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable in the user's country.
