Instagram Contest Rules

Article 1: Organization of the Contest

The company Éditeur Digital Hospitality SAS (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), registered under SIRET number 990 799 827 00011, with its registered office at 9 rue Charlot, 75003 Paris, France (VAT FR72990799827), is organizing a free contest requiring no purchase, hosted on the Instagram social network, in partnership with the hotel Dips&Drops Flachau (hereinafter referred to as "the Partner").

Article 2: Participation Period and Conditions

This contest will run from September 7, 2026, to September 27, 2026 (Paris time).

This contest is open to any natural person of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of participation, residing internationally.

Participation is strictly personal and limited to one individual.

Employees of the Organizer and the Partner are not eligible to participate.

Article 3: How to Participate

To validate their entry, the user must fulfill the following conditions on the Instagram platform before the closing date:

"Like" the official contest post.

Follow the Instagram accounts of the Organizer (@lasuite_com) and the Partner (@dips.and.drops).

Comment on the post by tagging the person with whom they would like to share this stay.

Article 4: Prize

The contest offers the following prize, provided by the Partner:

Prize details: A two (2) night stay in "The Ultimate Champion Suite" for two (2) people, including the "All-In D&D"* package at the Dips&Drops hotel.

Estimated retail value: €1,700.

Exclusions: This prize includes only the aforementioned accommodation and the ‘All-In D&D’ package. Flights, airport transfers, and any other personal expenses not explicitly included in the All-In D&D package are strictly excluded

Validity and restrictions: The stay voucher is valid until September 30, 2027, subject to hotel availability. Reservations are not permitted during the Christmas holidays or on New Year's Eve (blackout dates). Furthermore, if the hotel requires a minimum stay of 4 nights during the desired period, the 2-night voucher cannot be used.

Any local tourist taxes (City Tax) or bank guarantees (security deposit) remain subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions at check-in and may be requested.

*The All-In D&D package includes:

• Breakfast buffet (including options for special dietary requirements)
• Lunch, à la carte in the bistro or as a packed lunch from 12 to 5 pm
• Dinner (your choice of a 4 course menu or à la carte from 5-9 pm)
• Spring water station and juicery
• D&D house beer and house wine from the self-service station
• 24/7 coffee and tea from the self-service machine
• Spa with indoor & outdoor pools, 3 saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, ice bathing
• Loft GYM with the latest equipment from Life Fitness & Hammer Strength
• Sports bag with bathrobe and yoga mat for the duration of your stay, slippers
• Locked & video-monitored bike / ski depot with private locker for each room
• One underground parking space for each room
• Weekly sports programme according to weekplan

Article 5: Winner selection and prize awarding

The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted using a third-party application on September 28, 2026.

The winner will be contacted exclusively via private message on Instagram from the Organizer's official account (@LaSuite_com).

The winner will have 48 hours to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize. If this deadline passes, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable; it cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.

Accounts known as ‘competition accounts’ (used predominantly for sharing games) or profiles deemed to be fraudulent or inactive may be automatically disqualified."

Article 6: Personal data

In the course of organizing the contest, the Organizer will collect the winner's personal data (surname, first name, email address, and phone number). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this information will be used solely for the purpose of awarding the prize and facilitating contact with the Partner for the reservation. Under no circumstances will the data be shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the winner's express consent.

Article 7: Liability and Legal Notices

This contest is not managed, endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). The Organizer releases Instagram from any liability regarding the organization of this contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or modify the contest if circumstances beyond its control so require, without incurring any liability.

Participation in this contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

These rules are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
