Schlosshotel Burg Schlitz, Hohen Demzin

Schlosshotel Burg Schlitz, a place you don’t search for. But suddenly need. Set within a vast private park in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, Schlosshotel Burg Schlitz is a retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and understated elegance.

Each room and suite is individually designed, combining historical charm with modern comfort. Fine fabrics, selected antiques, and warm materials create a unique atmosphere that invites you to slow down and truly unwind.

In the evening, our à la carte restaurant Wappensaal focuses on what truly matters: quality, flavor, and craftsmanship. During the day, the Brasserie Louise offers light dishes, coffee, and homemade cakes in a relaxed setting.

The wellness area with pool, saunas, and quiet spaces provides the perfect environment to relax and recharge.

Surrounded by nature, guests can enjoy long walks through the park, cycling, or simply the stillness of the landscape.

Schlosshotel Burg Schlitz is not a place for rush. It is a place for time.
